Внести зміни в договір № 36 про закупівлю охоронних послуг від 31 березня 2017 року, виклавши у новій редакції:
- пункт 1.5 розділу I договору:
«1.5. Строк (термін) надання послуг: з 01.04.2017 по 31.12.2017 включно»;
- пункт 2.1 розділу II договору:
«2.1. Ціна цього Договору 871816,00 грн. (Вісімсот сімдесят одна тисяча вісімсот шістнадцять гривень 00 копійок), у тому числі: ПДВ 145302,67 грн. (Сто сорок п’ять тисяч триста дві гривні 67 копійок)»;
- додаток № 2 до договору, що додається.

1. У зв'язку, що прийнятим Законом України "Про внесення змін до статті 73 Кодексу законів про працю України щодо святкових і неробочих днів" від 16.11.2017 р. № 2211-VIII – 25 грудня Різдво Христове встановлено додатковим святковим вихідним днем, зменшити суму договору та внести відповідні зміни до п. 2.1. розділу ІІ. договору від 31.03.2017 №36/77Хн, виклавши у новій редакції:
"2.1. Ціна цього Договору 871248,00 грн. (Вісімсот сімдесят одна тисяча двісті сорок вісім гривень 00 копійок), у тому числі: ПДВ 145208,00 грн. (Сто сорок п`ять тисяч двісті вісім гривень 00 копійок)."
- додаток № 2 до договору, що додається.

1. Сторони домовилися відповідно до положень у 5 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25 грудня 2015 року № 922-VII та пункту 8.3. Договору продовжити строк дії Договору від 31.03.2017 № 36/77Хн на період достатній для проведення закупівлі з 01 січня по 23 лютого 2018 року.
2. Вартість послуг за період з 01 січня по 23 лютого 2018 року становить 171920,00 грн. (Сто сімдесят одна тисяча дев'ятсот двадцять гривень 00 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ 20% 28653,33 грн. (Двадцять вісім тисяч шістсот п'ядтесят три гривні 33 копійки) що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, зазначеної у пункті 2.1. Договору від 31.03.2017 № 36/77Хн.
3. У відповідності до ст. 631 Цивільного кодексу України - умови цієї угоди застосовуються до відносин між Сторонами, які виникли до його укладання, а саме - з 01.01.2018 року, а в частині взаєморозрахунків - до моменту повного виконання обов'язків за цією угодою.
