Згідно рішення Луцької міської ради від 01.03.2018 №38/36 "Про встановлення розміру кошторисної заробітної плати при визначенні вартості будівництва обєктів на 2018 рік" граничний розмір зарплати при середньому розряду складності робіт у будівництві 3,8 на 2018 рік встановлено у 7000 (сім тисяч) грн.У звязку із зверненням виконавця робіт ПрАТ "ЛУЦЬКСАНТЕХМОНТАЖ №536" (лист від 12.04.2018 №196 внесено зміни в Договірну ціну на виконання робіт по обєкту без збільшення вартості довірної ціни.Джерелом покриття витрат,повязаних із зміною вартості з/плати, будуть кошти на покриття додаткових витрат, повязаних з інфляційцними процесами.
