Відповідно до п.1 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі”, а саме зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника, Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити суму договору на 105700,00 грн. та зменшити кількість кВт*год. на - 57712 кВт*год. Ціна договору складає - 835801 грн.(з ПДВ), фактичний обсяг споживання - 370682 кВт*год.
Вартість за 1 кВт*год з 01.12.2017 року становить 2,202912 грн. з ПДВ.
