В зв"язку з тим, що торги на закупівлю плит дорожніх знаходяться на стадії проведення і договір на 2018 рік ще не укладений, у відповідності до частини п’ятої статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п. 10.3 цього Договору Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дії Договору № 171 від 06.06.2017 р., на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного 2018 року, у зв'язку з чим погодили продовжити строк дії договору до 30 квітня 2018 року.
2. Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити суму Договору поставки № 171 від 06.06.2017р. та суму розрахунків за бюджетні кошти на 20 %, що становить 28764,80,00 грн.
Також, в зв"язку зі зміною казначейських реквізитів Замовника, вносяться зміни до розділу ХІ "Місцезнаходження та банківські реквізити сторін"
