1. Пункт 3.1. Договору підряду №12 від «09» жовтня 2017 року (надалі - Договір) деталізувати та викласти у наступній редакції:
«3.1. Договірна ціна робіт визначається на основі відомості об’ємів робіт, що є невід'ємною частиною Договору, є твердою/динамічною і складає 55 904 057,62 грн. (п’ятдесят п’ять мільйонів дев’ятсот чотири тисячі п’ятдесят сім грн. 62 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ 9 316 677,18 грн. (дев’ять мільйонів триста шістнадцять тисяч шістсот сімдесят сім грн. 18коп.).
Фінансування здійснюється з державного бюджету у сумі - 51000000,00 грн. (П’ятдесят один мільйон грн.) та з обласного бюджету Одеської області у сумі – 4904057,62 грн. (Чотири мільйони дев’ятсот чотири тисячі п’ятдесят сім грн. 62 коп.).
Згідно з рішенням Одеської обласної ради від 21 березня 2017 року №355-VII “Про обласний бюджет Одеської області на 2017 рік» із змінами та доповненнями кошторисні призначення по обласному бюджету на 2017 рік затверджені у сумі - 2795446,00 грн. (Два мільйони сімсот дев’яносто п’ять тисяч чотириста сорок шість грн. 00 коп.).
