2. Додаток № 2 до договору №18 від 26.05.2017 р. (Календарний план) викласти у новій редакції (додається).
3. Пункт 10.1. до договору №18 від 26.05. 2017 р. викласти у наступній редакції:
«10.1. Договір набуває чинності після оформлення його обома Сторонами та діє до 31.12.2019 року, а в плані оплати до повного виконання фінансових зобов’язань Сторонами.»

В зв’язку з продовженням терміну дії договору згідно додаткової угоди №5 від 27.12.2018 року пункт 2.1. викласти у наступній редакції:
2.1. Загальна вартість робіт згідно договірної ціни розраховується на підставі ДСТУ Д.1.1-7:2013 та становить 104514,00 грн.(сто чотири тисячі п’ятсот чотирнадцять грн. 00 коп.) в т.ч. податок 5%- 5225,70 грн.(п’ять тисяч двісті п’ять грн. 70 коп.), у т.р. у 2017 році - 52631,57грн.(п’ятдесят дві тисячі шістсот тридцять одна грн.57 коп.), в т.ч. податок 5%- 2631,58 грн. ( дві тисячі шістсот тридцять одна грн. 58 коп.), у 2018 році – 49288,31 грн.(сорок дев’ять тисяч двісті вісімдесят вісім грн.31 коп.), в т.ч. податок 5% - 2464,41 грн. (дві тисячі чотириста шістдесят чотири грн. 41 коп.), у 2019 році – 2594,12 грн.( дві тисячі п’ятсот дев’яносто чотири грн. 12 коп.), в т.ч. податок ПДВ – 432,35 грн. (чотириста тридцять дві грн. 35 коп. ). Договірна ціна - тверда.
