У зв’язку із завершенням бюджетного року, Сторони дійшли згоди про перерозподіл фінансування з 2023 року на 2024 рік у сумі 582 163,00 грн (П'ятсот вісімдесят дві тисячі сто шістдесят три грн 00 коп), а також зміну строків виконання робіт, шляхом внесення змін та доповнень до п. 3.1.1. , п.4.2., п.15.1. Договору підряду №57/21 від 23.06.2021 року, які викласти у наступній редакції:
«3.1.1. Фінансування по договору буде здійснюватися відповідно до бюджетних призначень, а саме: у 2021 році в сумі 1 142 837,00 грн (Один мільйон сто сорок дві тисячі вісімсот тридцять сім грн 00 коп), у 2022 році в сумі 0,00 грн (Нуль грн 00 коп.), у 2023 році в сумі 0,00 грн (Нуль грн 00 коп.), у 2024 році в сумі 582 163,00 грн (П'ятсот вісімдесят дві тисячі сто шістдесят три грн 00 коп)".
