- збільшена ціна товару до 10%, а саме бензин А-92 (з 27,40 грн. до 28,75 грн. за 1 л. з ПДВ) бензин А-95 (з 28,40 грн. до 29,85 грн. за 1 л. з ПДВ)
в зв'язку із чим зменшили обсяг закупівлі, а саме бензин А-92 (з 3590 л до 3452 л) бензин А-95 (з 1810 л до 1781)

у зв'язку із коливанням ціни товару на ринку, що підтверджується Експертним висновком Рівненської Торгово-промислової палати від 06.10.2021 року, сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до договору, а саме збільшивши ціну товару до 10%, а саме:
бензин А-92 з 28.75 грн до 29.20 грн за 1 л з ПДВ
бензин А-95 з 29.85 грн до 30.00 грн за 1 л з ПДВ
