Note:
Загальна вартість товарів, визначених в пункті 1 цієї Додаткової угоди, не може перевищувати 20 (двадцять) % ціни Договору та становить 23 990,42 грн. (Двадцять три тисячі дев’ятсот дев’яносто гривень 42 копійок), без ПДВ. У зв`язку із укладенням цієї Додаткової угоди, Сторони домовились викласти пункт 3.1. Договору в наступній редакції: «Ціна цього Договору становить 237 320,57 грн. (Двісті тридцять сім тисяч триста двадцять гривень 57 копійок) без ПДВ. Постачальник не може змінювати ціну на Товар, крім випадків коригування ціни Договору згідно чинного законодавства України», та викласти у новій редакції Специфікацію, яка є Додатком 1 до Договору на закупівлю товару (додається).
