3.2. Джерело фінансування:
3.2.1. Кошти НСЗУ: 2 137 206,00 грн. (Два мільйони сто тридцять сім тисяч двісті шість гривень 00 копійок), з ПДВ.
3.2.2. Кошти місцевого бюджету: 600 000,00 грн. (Шістсот тисяч гривень 00 копійок), з ПДВ.
