Згідно потреб Замовника, та керуючись п.п. 8 ч.5 ст. 41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» зміни умов у зв’язку із застосуванням положень частини шостої цієї статті, а саме «Дія договору про закупівлю може бути продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку», сторони домовились продовжити дію договору та в п. 10.1. розділу 10 «СТРОК ДІЇ ДОГОВОРУ» цифри до «31.12.2021р.» викласти в наступній редакції «28.02.2022р.»
