п.4.3. «Загальна кількість послуг за договором:69927 штук. Кількість послуг, що надаються (кількість дітей) узгоджується Виконавцем із адміністрацією навчального закладу кожного дня».
п.5.1.4.»Згідно рішення Дніпровської міської ради від 21.06.2017 року №66/22»Про запровадження змін в організації харчування дітей у навчальних закладах» та рішення Дніпровської міської ради від 15.11.2017 року №67/26 «Про внесення змін до рішення міської ради від 21.06.2017 року №62/22 «Про запровадження змін в організації харчування дітей у навчальних закладах» надати Виконавцю безкоштовно у користування приміщення, обладнання харчоблоку навчального закладу, які відповідають необхідним санітарно-гігієнічним вимогам, а також проводити за свій рахунок капітальний ремонт цих приміщень, забезпечувати безкоштовне використання електроенергії, опалення(постачання пари та гарячої води), газопостачання, водопостачання та водовідведення для готування їжі під час забезпечення технологічного процесу».
