Note:
1. Керуючись частиною 5 статті 36 «Основні вимоги до договору про закупівлю», розділу VII «Договір про закупівлю» Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIIІ, відповідно до якої дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, а також згідно з частиною 1 статті 23 Бюджетного кодексу України, відповідно до якої будь-які бюджетні зобов'язання та платежі з бюджету здійснюються лише за наявності відповідного бюджетного призначення, якщо інше не передбачено законом про Державний бюджет України, Сторони погодились внести до Договору такі зміни:
а) доповнити пункт 3.1. Договору текстом такого змісту: «Ціна цього договору з 01.01.2019 р. по 31.03.2019 р. складає 109 603,31 (сто дев´ять тисяч шістсот три гривні 31копійка), у т. ч. ПДВ: 7170,31 грн., що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної у Договорі за 2018 р.
