На підставі постанова КМ України від 23.02.2022р. № 229 , в зв’язку з продовженням терміну дії карантину та обмежувальних протиепідемічних заходів в Україні для запобігання розповсюдження COVID -19 із 31 березня до 31 травня 2022 року Сторони домовилися внести зміни до Договору та викласти пункт 10.1 розділу 10. Строк дії, зміна умов та розірвання Договору даного Договору в наступній редакції: «10.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання і діє до 31 травня 2022 року, але в будь-якому разі, до виконання Сторонами всіх зобов’язань по ньому».
