В зв"язку із затримкою фінансування витрат Покупця,зобов"язання останнього в частині розрахунку за поставлений товар не були виконані,тому керуючись п.4.ч 4 ст.6 Закону України від 25.12.2015 року № 922-VIII "Про публічні закупівлі" сторони вирішили продовжити термін дії Договору до повного виконання зобов"язань (оплати заборгованості) та відповідно вирішили внести зміни до п.10.1 Договору і викласти його в наступній редакції: "п.10.1 Цей договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання уповноваженими представниками сторін і діє до 01.04.2018 року , але в будь-якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов"язань за договором"
