6. Також, згідно частини 5 статті 41 Закону дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, а також згідно з частиною 1 статті 23 Бюджетного кодексу Украхїни, наявності відповідних бюджетних призначень, Сторони домовились внести до Договору зміни та п 3.1 викласти в наступній редакції: ціна Договору становила 218936,33 грн з ПДВ ціна договору з 01.01.2021р по 31.03.2021 р не перевищує 20% загальної суми договору за 20 рік та становить 43787,27 грн з ПДВ
П.1.2 Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
П. 1.2 водопостачання та водовідведення надається Замовнику в обсязі 6746,039 м.куб у 2020 році. Обсяг послуг з водопостачання та водовідведення, яка постачається з 01.01.2021 по 31.03.2021 – 1369,21 м.куб
