За згодою сторін у договір № 47-2019г/8-19 постачання природного газу від 23.01.2019р. додати наступне:
1. Постачальник та Споживач вирішили внести зміни до додаткової угоди № 5 (до Договору) та доповнити її п.п.1.1., який викласти в наступній редакції:
«1.1. Загальна вартість цієї додаткової угоди складає 185890,89 грн. (сто вісімдесят п’ять тисяч вісімсот дев’яносто грн. 89 коп.) з ПДВ, що не перевищує 20% від вартості Договору, укладеного в результаті процедури закупівлі (з урахуванням укладених додаткових угод до нього)».
2. Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до розділу 10 Договору «Строк дії договору», доповнивши його п.п.1.1. наступного змісту:
«10.1.1. Відповідно до ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «про публічні закупівлі», термін дії Договору продовжено до 07.02.2020 року, за умови, що даний договір діє:
- в частині постачання природного газу – до 31.01.2020 року (включно). Тобто, зобов’язання Постачальника щодо постачання природного газу Споживачу по даному договору діє до 31.01.2020 року (включно);
- в частині проведення розрахунків за газ – до повного виконання грошових зобов’язань;
- загальна сума, на яку продовжено договір складає 185890,89 грн. (сто вісімдесят п’ять тисяч вісімсот дев’яносто грн. 89 коп.) з ПДВ».
