Note:
Сторони дійшли згоди укласти Додаткову угоду № 1 від 21.01.2020 року до Договору № 17-209/19 від 09.01.2020 року про наступне:
1. Внести зміни до Преамбули Договору.
2. Керуючись ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» ст. 36 п. 4 п.п. 7 Сторони домовилися зменшити суму договору на 1109 грн. 92 коп., у зв’язку зі змінами тарифу на замовленя (бронювання) потужності, згідно постанови НКРЕКП від 24.12.2019 №3013 та внести зміни до Розділу 7 п. 7.1. та 7.2. Загальна вартість природного газу, який Постачальник зобов’язується передати Споживачу по даному Договору, визначається загальною вартістю об’ємів поставленого природного газу на підставі актів приймання-передачі та складає 141 662 грн. 08 коп., крім того ПДВ 20 % - 23 610 грн. 35 коп.
3. У зв’язку з переходом на міжнародний номер банківського рахунку (IBAN) та зміною реквізитів, Сторони погодилися внести зміни у Розділ 15 Договору.

Керуючись Постановою НКРЕКП № 3013 від 24.12.2019 року, та п. 7 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України "Про публячні закупівлі" уклали цю додаткову угоду № 2 (далі - Додаткова угода) до Договору № 17-209/19 постачання природного газу від 09 січня 2020 року про наступне:
затверджено коефіцієнти, які враховують період замовлення потужності, що завтосовуються до тарифів на послуги транспортування природного газу на регуляторний період 2020-2024 роки з 01 березня 2020 року, коефіцієнт, який застосовується при замовленні потужності на добу наперед - становить 1,10 умовних одиниць . Внести зміни до Розділу 3 п. 3.1. та внести зміни до Розділу 7 п. 7.1. та 7.2.

Враховуючи частину 5 статті 36 Закону (в новій редакції ч. 6 ст. 41) України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25 грудня 2015 року № 922-VIII (зі змінами) та згідно п. 10.3 Договору, Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди укласти Додаткову угоду про продовження строку дії Договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі.
