Функціоналом майданчика не передбачено оприлюднення повідомлення про внесення змін до договору з причин, не освітлених ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII (далі - Закон), однак передбачених ст.10 Закону. Внаслідок цього, для оприлюднення додаткової угоди щодо викладення специфікації № 1 у новій редакції з метою приведення у відповідність до комплектувальної відомості заводу-виробника, з розбивкою по вантажним місцям була обрана причина внесення змін до договору - «Поліпшення якості предмета закупівлі».
