У зв'язку з зменьшенням обсягів , зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків Замовника, Сторони за взаємною згодою домовились внести зміни до п.1.2., п.3.1. Договору від 22 січня 2019 року №9 про закупівлю товару за державні кошти (далі- Договір), та викласти їх у наступній редакції:
"п. 1.2. Найменування предмету закупівлі товару за кодом CPV за ДК 021:2015 - 09320000-8 (пара, гаряча вода та пов1язана продукція) в обсязі 395,132 Гкал" "п. 3.1.Ціна цього договору становить 691891 (шістсот дев'яносто одна тисяча вісімсот дев'яносто одна) грн. 94 коп. ,в т.ч. ПДВ"
