керуючись пунктами 7.3,7.4 Договору, листом Виконавця №93 від 11.04.2025р., статтями 651, 653, 654 Цивільного Кодексу України, керуючись підпунктом 4 пункту 19 постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 12 жовтня 2022 р. № 1178 «Особливості здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування», Законом України «Про регулювання містобудівної діяльності», відповідно до вимог пп.2 п.43 Порядку розроблення, оновлення, внесення змін та затвердження містобудівної документації затвердженої постановою КМУ від 01.09.2021 № 926, в зв’язку із затримкою оформлення вихідних даних, а саме топографо-геодезичного знімання (необхідність закупівлі Замовником послуг із розроблення топографо-геодезичного знімання і надання актуальної на рік розроблення (2025 рік) топографо-геодезичної зйомки), без якого розроблення Детального плану неможливе, внести зміни у Додаток №2 «Календарний план» до Договору та викласти його у новій редакції
