У зв’язку з продовженням дії Договору № 4 від 29.01.2018 року згідно п. 5 статті
36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» на строк достатній для проведення процедури
закупівлі, Сторони погодились укласти цю Додаткову Угоду в обсязі, що не перевищує 20
відсотків суми, визначеної в Договору №4 від 29.01 2018 року виклавши п. 3.1 Договору в
такій (новій) редакції:
Пункт 3.1. «Ціна цього договору становить 418782,34 (чотириста вісімнадцять
тисяч сімсот вісімдесят дві гривні 34 копійок) у т. ч. ПДВ.»
