Учасник зобов’язується до 30 березня 2021 року поставити Система ультразвукова діагностична uSmart 3200T виробництва TERATECH CORPORATION (США), а Замовник – прийняти і оплатити такі товари (надалі – товар)». 1.2. «5.1. Строк поставки товару: до 30 березня 2021 року.». 1.3. «10.1. Цей Договір вступає в силу з дати підписання і діє до 30 березня 2021 року, а в частині розрахунків – до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за Договором.». .
