На підставі частини шостої статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» у зв’язку з необхідністю проведення замовником на початку 2023 року процедури закупівлі послуг з прибирання приміщень та прибудинкової території Оболонської районної в місті Києві державної адміністрації, враховуючи продовження терміну дії Договору по 28.02.2023, Сторони погодились збільшити ціну Договору в обсязі 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому Договорі.
