Пункт 4.1 розділу 4 "Ціна, порядок обліку і оплати електричної енергії" доповнити новим абзацем наступного змісту
"Ціна за електричну енергію (за 1кВт*год) з 01.04.2019р. складає 2,66532 грн. (з ПДВ)
У зв'язку із збільшенням ціни на електричну енергію, зменшити очикуваний обсяг постачання електричної енергії та, відповідно, пункт 1.3 розділу 1 "Предмет Договору" викласти у новій редакції такого змісту:
"Очикуваний обсяг постачання електричної енергії на період 2019 р. становить 1516498 кВт*год та відповідає очикуваному обсягу електричної енергії, заявленому оператору системи розподілу або за формою затвердженою цим Договором. Обсяги закупівлв електричної енергії можуть бути зменшені залежно від реального фінансування видатків"
