Сторони домовились продовжити дію Договору та викласти п.14.1 розділу 14 «Термін дії Договору» Договору в наступній редакції: «14.1 Цей Договір вступає в силу з моменту підписання і діє, в частині поставки газу - з моменту фактичного постачання природного газу до «31» березня 2021 року, але в будь якому разі не більше запланованих обсягів, а в частині розрахунків до повного їх виконання. Загальний об'єм постачання природного газу на 2021 рік, визначається окремою додатковою угодою між Сторонами та не може перевищувати 20% суми Договору, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку.
