Згідно договору №0050329151 від 04.08.2021р. у п.8.1 Договору визначено наступне: «Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати подання належним чином оформленої заяви про приєднання та документів, що додаються до неї, і діє до закінчення строку надання послуги з приєднання, визначеного Кодексом».
