Відповідно до п. 10.3 Договору про закупівлю послуг за державні кошти № МКЛ 11-17/2017 від 09 березня 2017 року та чинного законодавства, Сторони дійшли згоди подовжити дію цього Договору про закупівлю послуг за державні кошти № МКЛ 11-17/2017 від 09 березня 2017 року на термін, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі, укладеному у попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, а саме на 160 140,00 грн., (Сто шічстдесят тисяч сто сорок грн., 00 коп.) без ПДВ.

На підставі п. 1.3 та п. 11.1(1) Договору про закупівлю послуг за державні кошти № МКЛ 11-17/2017 від 09 березня 2017 року, у зв’язку зі зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків, Сторони вирішили зменшити суму Договору на 33 020,00 грн. у зв’язку з чим Пункт 3.1. Договору викласти в новій редакції:
«3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 929 120,00 грн. (дев’ятсот двадцять дев’ять тисяч сто двадцять гривень 00 коп.), без ПДВ.
