1. Розділ 1. Предмет Договору п.1.1. до Договору викласти наступним змістом:
1.1. постачальник зобов`язується у 2021 році поставити Замовникові: Дизельне паливо ДП Євро 5, Бензин автомобільний А-95 Євро, Бензин автомобільний А-92 Євро, надалі-Товар, що зазначений в специфікації (Додаток №1), а Замовник- прийняти і оплатити отриманий Товар.
2. Викласти Розділ 4 Порядок здійснення оплати в наступній редакції:
4.1. Розрахунки за цим договором проводяться шляхом перерахування коштів "Замовником" нарозрахунковий рахунок "Постачальника" після пред`явлення останнім рахунка на оплату (далі-рахунок) та видаткової накладної, протягом 30 календарних днів, або поетапно в межах виділених бюджетом коштів на фінансування товару, що є предметом цього договору.
4.2. Датою передачі Товару є дата підписання видаткової накладної на Товар.

2. Інші умови договору про закупівлю товарів №16 від 25.02.2021 р. залишаються без змін.
