1. На підставі п.5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 року №922-VIII та пункту 13.1 Договору 71 від 11.12.2017р. доповнити пунктом 13.1.1. у якому викласти наступне: Дія договору про закупівлю продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початок наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків від суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку.

Відповідно п.5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 року №922-VIII дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватись на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеною у договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку. Згідно п.13.1.1 сума договору № 71 від 11.12.2017р. збільшується
на 132000,00грн. (Сто тридцять дві тисячі грн. 00 коп.), у т.ч. ПДВ – 0,00 грн.
