Note:
1. Відповідно до пункту 9.2. розділу 9. «ІНШІ УМОВИ» Сторони домовились збільшити суму Договору на 10 000,00 грн, у зв’язку з чим внести зміни до пункту 3.1. розділу 3. «ЦІНА ДОГОВОРУ ТА ПОРЯДОК РОЗРАХУНКІВ» та викласти у наступній редакції:
«3.1. Ціна договору становить 96 000, 00 грн (дев’яносто шість тисяч грн 00 коп.) в т.ч ПДВ 16 000,00 грн.
Вартість Доступу становить 12 000,00 грн (дванадцять тисяч гривень) на місяць
в т. ч. ПДВ –2000 грн.»
