Керуючись п.1 ч.5 ст.41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» та на керуючись підпунктом 14.3 пункту 14. Договору № 23 від 01.04.2022 р. між «Покупцем» та «Постачальником» погоджено зменшити суму даного Договору на 144 406,38 грн. (сто сорок чотири тисячі чотириста шість гривень 38 коп.) у т.ч. ПДВ 24 067,73 грн..
2. Зміна обсягів закупівлі у сторону зменшення, а саме:
1) Сир кисломолочний 9% жиру, фас. 250г. з кількості 2131,75 кг., до кількості 1566,61 кг.
2) Сир твердий 50% жиру з кількості 872,46 кг., до кількості 680 кг.
3. Внести зміни в підпункт 2.2, пункт 2 даного Договору та викласти у наступній редакції: «Сума Договору складає 591 465,06 грн.» (п’ятсот дев’яносто одна тисяча чотириста шістдесят п’ять гривень 06 коп.) у т.ч. ПДВ 98 577,51 грн.

ПДВ 97318,87 грн.
