враховуючи повне виконання зобов’язань за Договором №202 від 29.11.2016 року та Додаткова угода №1 від 29.12.2016 року( продовження терміну дії Договору №202 від 29.11.2016 р.відпов.до ч.4.п.4 ст.36 Закону України від 25.12.2015р. №922-VIII «Про публічні закупівлі»), а саме постачання товару (Вугілля кам’яне) у повному обсязі, здійснити оплату за поставлений товар у розмірі 19386.14 грн.( дев’ятнадцять тисяч триста вісімдесят шість грн.14 коп.) що доповнює відповідно до п.2.2 Договору №202 від 29.11.2016р., «загальну суму Договору».
