Керуючись ч. 6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (далі – Закон) сторони домовились продовжити дію договору №18/01/21 про постачання електричної енергії споживачу від 18.01.2021 р. на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році. Також, це передбачено п. 12.1.8 чинного договору про постачання електричної енергії № 18/01/21 від 18.01.2021 р. За попереднім погодженням сторін укладено додаткову угоду № 10, від 24.12.2021 р.
