1. В межах загального обсягу можливих додаткових послуг узгодити перелік додаткових послуг на суму без ПДВ – 29 482,22 грн. (двадцять дев’ять тисяч чотириста вісімдесят дві гривні 22 коп.), крім того ПДВ – 5 896,44 грн. (п’ять тисяч вісімсот дев’яносто шість гривень 44 коп.), разом з ПДВ – 35 378,66 грн. (тридцять п’ять тисяч триста сімдесят вісім гривень 66 коп.), згідно з Додатком № 1 до дійсної Додаткової угоди.
2. Продовжити строк надання послуг та викласти п.5.2 Договору в наступній редакції:
«5.2. Строк надання послуг: до 06.12.2019».
