1. Пункт 2.1. змінити: у зв’язку із зменшенням потреби на продукти харчування, за кодом СРV ДК 021:2015-15510000-6 Молоко та вершки. Молоко пастеризоване 2,5% , зменшити суму Договору на 2022 бюджетний рік, на 15,50 грн. Загальна сума Договору складає 12284,50 грн.
2. В іншій частині договір залишається без змін.
3. Ця Додаткова угода складена у двох оригінальних примірниках, по одному примірнику для кожної Сторони, і є невід’ємною частиною Договору.
