Note:
Відповідно до ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», сторони вирішили продовжити дію Договору в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, тобто на 264400,00 грн (двісті шістдесят чотири тисячі чотириста грн. 00 коп), без ПДВ. Відповідно до п.7 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», сторони вирішили пункт 2.1 викласти в наступній редакції: «Вартість послуг за договором визначена у відповідності з Додатком №2, який є невід'ємною частиною договору, складає 120182,00 грн. (сто двадцять тисяч сто вісімдесят дві грн. 00 коп), без ПДВ в місяць (протягом 2019 року), та 136021, грн (сто тридцять шість тисяч двадцять одна грн, 00 коп.), без ПДВ в місяць – протягом 2020 року (січень-лютий 2020), в зв’язку зі збільшенням розміру мінімальної заробітної плати з 01.01.2020 року».
