В зв"зку з тим, що торги на закупівлю бетонних виробів (борти, поребрики) знаходяться на стадії проведення і договори в 2018 році ще не укладені, Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дії Договору № 129 від 03.05.2017 р., на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного 2018 року, у зв'язку з чим погодили продовжити строк дії договору до 30 квітня 2018 року. Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити суму Договору поставки № 129 від 03.05.2017р. та суму розрахунків за бюджетні кошти на 20 %, що становить 34100,00 грн. В зв"язку із зміною казначейських реквізитів Замовника, вносяться зміни в розділ "Місцезнаходження та банківські реквізити сторін"
