У зв'язку з тим, що початок робіт по об'єкту "Реконструкція з добудовою корпусу № 2 КНП "Волноваська ЦРЛ" для розміщення комп'ютерного томографу, за адресою: пров. Матросова, б. 5, м. Волноваха, Донецької обл." було затримано через перенесення дати отримання дозволу на виконання робіт по вказаному об'єкту, виникла необхідність змінити Календарний графік виконання робіт (Додаток 3 до договору № 67 від 20.04.2021р.) та викласти План фінансування робіт (Додаток 4 до договору № 67 від 20.04.2021р.) у новій редакції

З причини поширення коронавірусної інфекції, фахівці будівельних спеціальностей Підрядника захворіли на COVID-19, і в період вересень-жовтень поточного року знаходилися на лікарняному. Залучити кваліфікованих спеціалістів з метою заміни захворілих працівників, в умовах, що склалися, не виявилось можливим.

У звя'зку з поширенням коронавірусної інфекції COVID-19, і, як наслідок, хворобою у жовтні-листопаді поточного року кваліфікованих співробітників, та через відсутність можливості рівноцінної заміни захворілих робітників, закінчення робіт у визначений договором термін не представилось можливим. З метою виконання зобов'язань за договором, визначено новий строк закінчення робіт – 15.12.2021р.
