Враховуючи зміни в нормативно-правових документах, які регламентують роботу газотранспортної системи України, а саме Постановою НКРЕКП №3013 від 24.12.2019 р. з 01 березня 2020 року затверджено коефіцієнт, який застосовується при замовленні потужності на добу наперед - на рівні 1,10 умовних одиниць. Внаслідок чого Сторони дійшли згоди внести наступні зміни: ціна за 1000,0 кубічних метрів Газу разом з ПДВ складає 6060,00 грн., в т.ч. вартість замовлення (бронювання) потужності, яка за 1000,0 кубічних метрів на добу становить 136,576 грн., крім того ПДВ (20%).
