Керуючись п.6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про Публічні закупівлі», Сторони дійшли згоди щодо подовження терміну дії Договору № 79/2020 від 21.05.2020 р про закупівлю продукції за ДК 021:2015 код 03110000-5 «Сільськогосподарські культури, продукція товарного садівництва та рослинництва» (Суміш насіння газонних трав) достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в Договорі, а саме на 122 979,60 грн. (Сто двадцять дві тисячі дев’ятсот сімдесят дев’ять грн. 60 коп.) за рахунок господарських коштів.
