Керуючись частиною 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони дійшли згоди доповнити договір пунктом 11.1.1: «Договір вважається пролонгованим до 31.01.2020року на час достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2020 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% загальної суми, визначеної у договорі № 1025 , укладеному від 29.10.2019 року .» 1. Ця Додаткова угода вважається укладеною і набирає чинності з моменту підписання Сторонами та скріплення її печатками Сторін та діє на протязі дії даного Договору.
