У зв’язку з подовженням урядом адаптивного карантину до 31 грудня 2021 року, сторони дійшли взаємної згоди внести зміни до Договору № 237/2021 від 14.04.2021 р. до пп.3.2 п.3 «УМОВИ І ТЕРМІН ПОСТАЧАННЯ» та викласти у новій редакції:
3.2. Постачальник здійснює поставку Товару Покупцеві до 31.12.2021 року.
Та до пп.10.1 п.10 «ТЕРМІН ДІЇ ДОГОВОРУ ТА ІНШІ УМОВИ» та викласти у наступній редакції:
10.1. Даний договір вступає в силу з моменту його підписання обома сторонами і діє до повного виконання договірних обов’язків, але в будь – якому випадку до «31» грудня 2021 року.
