Згідно пункту 4 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» продовжити строк дії договору до повного виконання своїх зобов’язань в частині оплати в зв’язку з затримкою фінансування, кредиторська заборгованість на 01.01.2019р. складає 145200,66грн (Сто сорок п’ять тисяч двісті грн. 66 коп.).
2. В зв’язку зі зміною реєстраційних рахунків Замовника змінити в розділі Договору «Юридичні адреси сторін та платіжні реквізити» платіжні реквізити замовника, виклавши їх у такій редакції:
