Note:
1. Сторони дійшли згоди внести наступні зміни до договору шляхом викладення п.11.1 в наступній редакції:
«11.1. Цей договір набуває чинності з дати його підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін та скріплення їх підписів печатками ( за наявності) і діє в частині постачання газу до 31 серпня 2021 року.»
2. Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити загальну суму договору на 122 517 грн. 48 коп. (Сто двадцять дві тисячі п’ятсот сімнадцять гривень 48 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ 20 419 грн. 58 коп. (двадцять тисяч чотириста дев’ятнадцять гривень 58 коп.), загальна сума договору становить 86 132 грн.52коп., в т.ч. ПДВ 20% ( 14 355 грн. 42 коп ( чотирнадцять тисяч триста п’ятдесят п’ять грн. 42 коп.))
3. За взаємною згодою сторін договір розривається з 01.09.2021р.
4. Всі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними.
5. Додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, що мають однакову юридичну силу та є невід'ємною частиною Договору № 21/258 від 16 лютого 2021 року.
