Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання Сторонами і діє до 28.02.2021р. та в будь-якому випадку до повного виконання ними своїх зобов’язань по договору.»

Керуючись частиною 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити вартість Договору на суму 17 300,00 грн. (сімнадцять тисяч триста гривень 00 копійок) без ПДВ, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі та внести зміни до п. 3.1. Договору та Специфікації Додатку №1 до Договору.
