Сторони дійшли згоди цією додатковою угодою змінити в частині реквізитів наступне, Головне Управління Державної Казначейської Служби України у Донецькій області, (ГУДКСУ у Донецькій області) на в Держказначейській службі України, м. Київ.
2. Також сторони дійшли згоди змінити пункт 1.1. Виконавець зобов'язується протягом строку дії договору, цілодобово, в межах наданих бюджетних асигнувань Замовника з __міського _____ бюджету надавати послуги з централізованого водопостачання (CPV) 65110000-7-"Розподіл води" до об'єктів Замовника, вказаних у дислокації , а Замовник зобов'язується прийняти надані послуги та здійснити їх оплату у строки, встановлені цим Договором.
Виклавши його в наступній редакції:
1.1. Виконавець зобов'язується протягом строку дії договору, цілодобово, в межах наданих бюджетних асигнувань Замовника з __селищного_____ бюджету надавати послуги з централізованого водопостачання (CPV) 65110000-7-"Розподіл води" до об'єктів Замовника, вказаних у дислокації , а Замовник зобов'язується прийняти надані послуги та здійснити їх оплату у строки, встановлені цим Договором.
