Зменшення обсягів бюджетного фінансування. Під час публікації додаткової угоди №3 від 06.05.2020 року (о 14:05 год) було допущено помилку під час заповнення графи "Сума договору з ПДВ" та графи "Сума договору без ПДВ" , а саме було помилково зазначено обсяг фінансування на 2020 рік , а не договірну ціну визначену додатковою угодою №3.
