ПДВ 6259,67 грн, загальний фонд – 33932,00грн. та спеціальний фонд – 3626,00грн. Ця Угода набирає чинності з моменту підписання її Сторонами. СТОРОНИ відповідно до ст. 180 ГК України та ст. 631 ЦК України, встановлюють, що умови даної угоди застосовуються до відносин між ними з 01.01.2022.

1. Договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання СТОРОНАМИ та скріплення печатками. СТОРОНИ відповідно до ст. 180 ГК України та статті 631 ЦК України встановлюють, що умови Договору застосовуються до відносин між ними починаючи з 01 січня 2022 року і діє до 31 грудня 2022 року включно, але в будь-якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за Договором, у тому числі до повного виконання споживачем обов’язків щодо оплати послуг.
