Note:

1. Доповнити Договір пунктом 1.6. такого змісту: «1.6.Фінансування робіт у III кварталі 2019 року проводити за результатами їх виконання згідно з затвердженим Календарним графіком виконання робіт (Додаток 3 до Договору) та актами прийняття виконаних будівельних робіт на підставі окремих рішень правління Фонду.». 2. Викласти пункт 2.1 Договору у наступній редакції: «2.1.Договірна ціна за цим Договором, відповідно до Кошторису та Протоколу погодження договірної ціни (Додаток 4 до Договору) становить 15 969 240,00 грн. (п’ятнадцять мільйонів дев’ятсот шістдесят дев’ять тисяч двісті сорок гривень 00 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ 2 661 533,40 грн. (два мільйона шістсот шістдесят одна тисяча п’ятсот тридцять три гривні сорок копійок) та включає витрати Підрядника на придбання необхідних будівельних матеріалів та обладнання для виконання робіт. 3. Пункт 4.1 Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «4.1. Підрядник розпочне виконання Робіт не пізніше 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з моменту отримання авансу на свій розрахунковий рахунок і завершить виконання робіт до 01 серпня 2019 року». 4. Доповнити пункт 8.2.7 Договору абзацом наступного змісту: «Уточнення плану фінансування у III кварталі 2019 року здійснюється Замовником на підставі окремих рішень правління Фонду про фінансування будівництва». 5. Викласти пункт 14.1 Договору у наступній редакції: «14.1 Цей Договір набирає чинності від дати його підписання сторонами і діє до 01 серпня 2019 року, але в будь-якому разі до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань». 6. Викласти: План фінансування робіт (Додаток 2), Календарний графік виконання робіт (Додаток 3) та Протокол погодження договірної ціни (Додаток 4) у новій редакції, що додається до цієї Додаткової угоди та є невід’ємною частиною Договору. 7. Всі інші умови вищезазначеного Договору залишаються без змін і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов’язання. 8. Дану Додаткову угоду викладено українською мовою у двох оригінальних примірниках, по одному для кожної із Сторін, які мають однакову юридичну силу. 9. Ця Угода вважається укладеною та набирає чинності з моменту її підписання Сторонами та скріплення її печатками Сторін і діє до 01.08.2019 року.
